Do you only cover the Algarve?

We are based in the Algarve primarily, but we are happy to discuss alternative locations with you, and if it’s possible for us to travel and help, we will. 

Do I have to pay your travel costs?

We do not charge a mileage fee for any properties within 20km of Lagoa, otherwise a small fee of 15 euros will apply outside of this area to cover travel costs.

What do I need to provide in order for you to attend my property?

We will just need the full address and location and any access issues or restrictions.  In order for us to take the relevant footage and photos of the property we will need to be granted access.  This can be done via a key-safe or meeting us at the location.

Should I tidy up?

We won’t make any changes to the property, so where possible please dress the surroundings as you see fit – a tidy, clean home or business is more likely to attract viewers or customers.  We can provide you with a “Guide to Home Staging” before we visit.

However, if you would like our support in staging your home, we can of course help with this at an additional cost. Please discuss this with us. 

How long does it take for you to take the photos or video footage?

Each job will vary depending on the size of the property and whether you have opted for a mixture or all of the still, video or 360º services.  On average it will take us around 1 – 3 hours to obtain the correct pictures and video in order to create you the best product. 

When will I receive the finished photography or video?

Depending on what services you have chosen and how many properties you have, on average we will aim to provide you the finished article within 72 hours.

What is included in your fees?

Each package offered will depend on the size of the property and if you have opted for a mixture or all of the still, video or 360º services.  The fees cover our time at your property, the editing and hosting the footage on our servers. 

On average our packages provide:

• Photography – between 25 and 50 high-quality images
• Walkthrough Video – an edited video tour lasting around 60 – 120 seconds
• 360º Tour – a virtual tour of the whole property and grounds where possible
